I had a fantastic experience cooking at the table at this restaurant. The service was excellent, ensuring that our experience was positive. We ordered the BBQ for 4, which included appetizers, meats, and a hotpot for $128. We spent an hour and a half enjoying our meal. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. What User doesn't like about Soul of Asia:
The Soul of Asia at Eaton Fair needs to step up their game to compete with other restaurants in the area. While the self-cook concept is unique, the overall menu is disappointing. The dishes are bland, heavy on cheaper ingredients like veggies and noodles, and skimp on seafood and meat. The broths lack flavor and the service is indifferent, with wait staff sometimes being slow and casual. Prices can be high for some... View all feedback.

Overall, dining at this restaurant was truly an experience and I will definitely be returning.

The dishes are bland, heavy on cheaper ingredients like veggies and noodles, and skimp on seafood and meat. The broths lack flavor and the service is indifferent, with wait staff sometimes being slow and casual. Prices can be high for some dishes, but the lunchtime menu offers better value. Overall, it's not the best place for those looking for traditional Asian or Korean cuisine.
This place is my second home. The food is just amazing and so fresh. Love the dumpling soup lunch special, karaage, steamed omlette!!!!!
Lots of restaurant owner in Bunbury especially asian restaurant owner telling me just because free parking in Eaton fair, everyone going there to eat. Actually all asian restaurant in bunbury is tasteless and doesnt taste like we eat in Asia at all. But here, Soul of Asia, every food is fantastic, i feel like i was in Korea , the smell and the taste ahhh so Perfect, trust me, am asian, so i know which asian food around here worth to eat . the service is excellent .
I think this is more of an experience that great food. There are a few different ways you can cook your food. That is the entertainment, or point of difference. Little pull down alien exhaust extractors come down from the ceiling above your table, and don't really work that well. Food was quite bland. I'd have Thai any day over this. Wasn't very expensive, actually, fairly cheap, so I think that made up for it a bit? Good family restaurant. Just wish it had more flavour .....
