Small's And Bites - Eaton

This restaurant is one of our favorite places to dine, whether for lunch, dinner, or a casual drink in the afternoon. Over time, we have gotten to know the staff very well, particularly Jane. Jane always provides top-notch service and is very attentive. We also love trying their latest cocktail creations. The food is delicious, and we especially enjoy the small plates that always include the Bao buns!

The manager Jayne Travers was absolutely horrible, forgot our drinks and wouldn’t serve any of the number of people that had been waiting over 10 minutes at the bar… not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a minute”Our food came out with stuff missing off the plate as well.Jayne Travers, I highly suggest you find a job less customer service based if you have such an issue dealing with people. The way you conducted yourself was uncalled for and so unprofessional.I make no apologies for speaking back to you, when someone speaks to me in such a disgusting manner they sure will get spoken back to in the same tone.I highly suggest Smalls Bar retrains their staff as the way we were treated tonight was appalling. I also wasn’t the only paying customer you were disgustingly rude to. Pull your head in before you find yourself out of a job because as you can see from other reviews, a lot of people find you to be a disgusting excuse for a human.

Worst service at a pub ever. Ordered two rounds and waited 40 minutes for two orders.

Great place. We go there every Thursday for the pizza night and sangria. The staff is really professional and also adorable. Pizzas are delicious ! Congratulations to the kitchen team !!
