The service at this restaurant is incredibly quick and the burgers are absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend trying the shakes, as they are simply delightful.
My brother and I stopped by The Habit for dinner on our way home from running errands. I placed my order through the mobile app while my brother ordered at the kiosk inside. Unfortunately, it took almost 45 minutes for me to receive my order, which arrived cold and missing items. My brother had an even worse experience as someone took his order, leaving him with nothing for over an hour. The staff did try to make it right by giving him the fries he wanted, but they were unable to make him a new burger or sandwich due to time constraints. When he asked for a refund, all he received were two vouchers for free burgers. Overall, I would not recommend wasting your time at this restaurant. While the food was good, the service speed needs improvement. Despite being patient, waiting 30 minutes for food when the restaurant wasn't even busy was unacceptable. It became clear that something was not right with the management when other customers who arrived after us received their food before we did. The Habit needs to work on their speed and service to ensure a better dining experience for their customers.
The restaurant advertises hours open until 10pm. It?s a Saturday evening 6pm, DINNER TIME IN AMERICA, and they close! We are told we can only order to go since we made it in the doors before they locked them. While sitting waiting for our food, 7 separate customers and counting try to get in TO ORDER DINNER!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I?ve seen! I know it?s a holiday weekend, but it?s JULY 2, calm down and serve your community! Very disappointed in the owners of this establishment for allowing this nonsense.
