What Nicole Sanchez doesn't like about Starbucks:
Was handed a coffee (iced carmel frap) that spilled while receiving my beverage, the lady was rude and did not offer to fix until I asked for a different cup. Drink was not up to expectations... unsure if I will return to this location. She was unable to reload funds with cash given as system was down though with scanned barcode no issues. Seems baristas do not give good customer service. View all feedback.
The customer service was incredibly rude, and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch tasted like plain water. To make things worse, the girl at the window laughed when I asked for extra toppings. This happened on October 28 at 8:50. It's time to hire better staff!
I dislike coming here, the service seems to be slow even when your the only vehicle ordering, the flavor isn?t always there.
I really love their oatmeal! The ingredients are packaged separately, which allows you to control the amount of sugar you want to add. It also includes individually packaged dried fruits and nuts.
I have no idea what?s going on at this location but they close randomly during the day, and then open back up a couple hours later, I live right by them, and I?ll go at around the same time, one day they?re open the next day they?re closed, the next day open, then closed again the next and on and on. It?s very frustrating. I?ve got my coffee then drive back by and they are now closed in the middle of the day?. but the worst was when I spent 30 minutes in the drive through and they were closed! I was locked in the drive through and couldn?t exit, (and they put no cones out to block the drive through) and the dummies in front of me kept trying to get someone to come to the speaker and there?s no one even there! I finally had to get out of my car and direct the people in front of me to keep driving because they are closed, there?s I checked the front there?s no one inside, and I would like to leave! 30 MINUTES! Put the cones out if gonna close! I get that the people in front were the huge problem but they were all very young. I should never be locked in a closed drive through and it get bad enough where I need to exit my car and direct your costumers just so I can go home! Get it together!
I was given an iced caramel frappe that spilled while I was receiving it. The staff member was rude and only offered to replace it after I specifically asked for a new cup. Unfortunately, the drink didn't meet my expectations either, and now I'm unsure if I want to return to this location. Additionally, she was unable to reload funds using cash because the system was down, but there were no issues with the scanned barcode. It seems that the baristas here don't provide good customer service.
