The menu item is terrible. I command from the door and it is the worst menu I have tried and wow I would have got something else or went to another place, but since I have a cold, I don't want to pass my disease to others, so I took the safer way. Never View all feedback.
The menu item I ordered was awful. From the moment I stepped in, I realized it was the worst choice I could have made. I really wish I had chosen something different or gone somewhere else. However, since I have a cold, I didn't want to risk spreading it to others, so I opted for the safer option. I won't be returning.
I've returned to this restaurant twice now. My first order at any new place is usually a bean, cheese, and rice burrito. Unfortunately, this burrito had uncooked, hard rice. Since I ordered it to go, I couldn’t go back to address it. I figured maybe it was just a one-time issue, so I decided to try the chile verde carnitas bowl next. However, it was more like a soup than a bowl, and it had a red color rather than a green one. The "chile verde" seemed to come from just a small amount of chopped bell pepper. I don't think I'll be coming back again.
I ordered food from here, and my daughter and I were not at all prepared for what we received. One of the dishes had absolutely no flavor—none at all. The portion was so small that it fell under the dividers of the polystyrene plate. We ordered enchiladas, but the cheese never melted; it simply sat on top, along with the beans, which also remained unmelted. I got two hard shell tacos that were ridiculously small and had a smear of sour cream on them. I've never encountered sour cream on hard shell tacos in any authentic setting, and it made them very soggy. The tacos fell apart just 5-10 minutes after we bought them. My daughter was so disgusted with her meal that we ended up tossing both plates and I had to find her something else to eat. I paid about $30 for these two plates, so it wasn’t cheap. Considering the quality of food provided, I think the prices should be lowered. This was one of the worst Mexican meals I’ve ever had, which is why I'm leaving this review.
Update. I think there have been changes since the last visit. had to go from 5 to 3 stars Although friendly staff and Spanish was ok. I didn't recognize any of the familiar faces from pandemic. Food portions were enormous. Prices are now higher than anything. Flavors didn't taste authentic. Everything. It was ok My taste buds expected good Mexican cuisine.
Food may need more flavor. It?s just a bit bland and salty. Eastvale needs quality food. The Chili Rellano was good. Consistency is key. I could do without the chili stalk inside or canned tomatoes. I could have bitten into it by accident.
