They tend to forget what you've ordered and when reminded, still forget to add it to the bag. This wasn't as annoying when they made it up to customers by providing a free pastry forforgetting items or making a mistake.

I feel so angry and disgusted right now, who knows how many times I?ve eaten pieces of plastic in my food here or who knows what ????. Never spending my money here again! Definitely don?teat here unless you want to harm your body.

I noticed that almost all the pastries were mark... read more I visited this place yesterday afternoon around 4 pm when I wanted to study. I usually use the fast lane kiosk. I noticed that almost all the pastries were marked sold out but I could see that there were muffins and bread in their display. The helpfulstaff there offered her help and I decided to ask the question. She told me that when the inventory is low, the kiosk items aremarked as sold out because people can buy these items online as well and they don't want that to happen. It seemed reasonable! Iordered an orange scone and hot tea which is my favorite at Panera when I study. The environment was pleasing and the staff werevery friendly and welcoming. I spent almost 3 hours here. It's a great spot to study or meet friends. Compared to other Panerasthat I visited recently, this place seemed much better.

It 's nice to go a place that is not stuck in the pandemic way of thinking that we are giving you lessand charging you more . Thank you Panera for helping to bring things back to the way they were. The employees are consistantlyfriendly, polite, and accommodating.
