We visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and were caught off guard when a man named Mario brought in 84 kids and ordered ice cream for all of them. It was quite chaotic! Despite the hectic situation, the staff behind the counter remained dedicated and worked incredibly hard to fulfill everyone's orders. Kudos to the team for their effort – we truly appreciated it! I wouldn’t recommend this place. The concept is interesting, but the execution is far from impressive, especially given the price. We waited a long time, and it was frustrating to see the people behind us receive their orders first. I've had much better ice cream at other places, where the service is quicker, the prices are lower, and the portions are larger. View all feedback.
"Overall, I would rate the experience a 4 for the atmosphere and a 5 for the service. The use of liquid nitrogen to chill the ice cream is a unique concept, but the taste was just okay. While the novelty of the nitrogen-chilled ice cream adds a premium to the price, it might not be entirely worth it. However, it’s worth a visit for the experience. The interior has a lab-like vibe with large steel equipment and a big tank of liquid nitrogen, which is fitting for the name 'Cremistry.'"
It's disheartening to hear that other employees share similar sentiments about their experiences with this manager. I truly hope that her behavior has improved, but based on what I've been told, it seems that it hasn't. If you're reading this, manager, please remember that your attitude affects your colleagues. Learn to be a better team leader. Many of the staff are young people trying to navigate their lives, and they certainly don’t need the added pressure of a hostile work environment. I don't typically write reviews like this, but I've witnessed too many painful moments shared by friends who have been treated unjustly. It's simply not right. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and strives to create a more supportive atmosphere for their employees.
I would not recommend this restaurant. It took 40 minutes to receive our ice cream because the staff was very slow and seemed indifferent to customer service. I have a serious tree nut allergy, and they didn't take my concerns seriously at all. I requested a fresh scoop, and I was met with sass for asking, yet they still got it wrong. They included ingredients in my ice cream that I cannot eat due to my allergy, making it completely unusable for me. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated that I wasted $20 on two ice creams that I couldn't even enjoy.
Beautiful people terrible service place was not clean that this young me my ice melted with everything that fell from the side and it didn't care to wipe it or anything his co-worker came and cleaned it on a new cup and apologise for what happened
I was happy with my regular size serving of fruity pebbles! The ice cream was super rich and thick, which I prefer! My boyfriend had their Thai tea with cookie dough bites and it was equally just as good! I'd come back to try the other flavors!
