Very rude older woman behind the counter. Worth it to drive to next town instead.

She assumed I meant something when I read the item exactly as the menu States it and I almost ended up paying quite a bit more for something I didn't want. Not sure why they would allow a woman like that to interact with customers. Made me want to make it my last visit there.
Counter help could be a little more attentive instead of having whisper sessions and ignoring customers. If they don't know you by name, good luck!!! And what bagel shop doesn't have fresh bagels at 6:30am????
