We placed an online order at 7:15 and didn't receive our food until 9:00. We arrived around 7:40 and understood that they were busy, but after waiting an additional 45 minutes, we inquired about the delay. The cashier simply told us that the wait time was 45 minutes. However, we had already been there for an hour. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. This situation needs improvement.
The young girl at the register, whose name I don’t know, could benefit from customer service training.
Make sure to check your sauce before you leave. I requested blue cheese, but they gave me BBQ instead—yikes!
I recently went to a restaurant to pick up an order, and I noticed that none of the employees were wearing gloves. The manager, whose name is Raleigh, was very rude and unprofessional. I also felt that she was being discriminatory towards me because of my race. She denied my request to use the restroom, but allowed her white male friend to use it. Moreover, I noticed that the black employees were working very hard, which was commendable. However, given the current situation with the virus spreading rapidly, I feel that this particular restaurant poses a risk to the public's health and safety. I strongly believe that the city should shut it down for a thorough cleaning, and the employees should be required to wear gloves to protect the customers. Therefore, I advise you not to visit this restaurant until the necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety of the customers.
