Last night I ordered on the app to then arrive at the store and it was closed. So out my money and no food.
I placed an in app order. The way I was asked to show my ID and Apple Pay information was not pleasant… AT ALL.The African American employee made me feel some type of the way thinking I’m trying to scam an order of $13.00! I was just there for lunch on Saturday and the staff was better.I always leave a tip but this time I wish I had not. I would not hire any person that cannot leave a stank attitude at home when dealing with the public. Or having better customer service tone. I have worked plenty of restaurant jobs to know this.
Every time I go to any Subway they never toast the bread enough and then they have an issue with extra toasting of the bread as if we're taking too much of their time. Every single time I have to come back home and put the entire sub in my air fryer to make sure it is completely toasted the way we like it.And now it costs an entire almost $17 for 1 ft long sub. This is hywy robbery. People should go on strike from buying from Subway and the CEO should be ashamed of themself. Everything keeps going up and so soon really you're going to be paying $20 for a footlong sub. Are humans in the economy going to still pay for Subway?
I visited a Subway recently and was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. The line was long, and there seemed to be a lack of urgency among the staff. The tomatoes were spoiled, and I had to ask for fresh vegetables before my sandwich was made. The lettuce was browning, and both the dining area and the bathroom could have used some cleaning. I ordered the Hotshot Italiano (number 23), but the young lady who prepared it didn’t even put double the cheese as requested. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to return and wait again.
I can't believe how messed up my order was at the Subway in East Pointe, Michigan on Gratiot. I ordered a toasted turkey sub on wheat bread and instead received it on white bread. The next sub I ordered came on wheat bread, but it wasn’t toasted, and all the ingredients were jumbled. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but they answered and then immediately hung up on me. After that, they didn't pick up at all. I was really disappointed and ended up having to throw my lunch away. I'm glad I didn't have my car that day. I would rate this experience a zero out of ten. This happened on Friday, September 27, 2023.
