I’ve never experienced a slower drive-through. I waited 20 minutes for my food! When I worked at the Wendy's in Wind Gap during my younger years, we always tried to beat a timer to impress corporate. This place definitely falls into the "too slow" category. This is the second time this has happened. Next time, I think I’ll just drive the 10 minutes to Wind Gap; I’d probably get my food much faster!
As you know, fast food is what it is. Charging $10 for a Dave's Double is ridiculous. The burgers are getting smaller while the prices keep increasing. Not cool, Wendy.
We placed a pretty large order, and I was impressed by how quickly it was prepared. We didn’t even have to pull aside and wait. This Wendy's is typically busy during dinner, but they handled it all very well. While fast food prices are climbing, I can't blame the local Wendy's for that.
I really like Wendy's and this location is very clean and the workers are friendly. I definitely recommend this location.
First few times it was excellent, food fresh, employees pleasant. Last time we came food was horrible, asked for chicken nuggets and fries to be cooked to order, which they didn’t do, gave it back to them and the guy actually got pissed. When I went to eat my salad the chicken was hard and wasn’t made anywhere near what it was supposed to be. I did call the next day and the manager was excellent. Came in tonight, weeks later, the girl was miserable, made the same order and the food yet again sucked!! Went back in asked the manager to make fresh chickens and fries as it was cold food that was given and the attitude was horrific. I work hard for my money and if I want a fresh meal that I am paying for then do it right the first time without the attitude or get a different job because your customer relations skills are lacking and you don’t hear what your customers Actually ordered!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
