The sangria was delicious, and even my husband, who started with bottled beer, switched to tap beer because the bottles weren't cold. Our appetizers, including the risotto balls and short rib ravioli, were amazing. The salads and soup were also excellent. While two of our entrees were outstanding, the other two were just okay. We will definitely be returning and recommending Valenca to others.

In our group, one person needed gluten-free options and another needed vegetarian options, and we knew Valenca could accommodate this because we had been there twice before. The beef filet cooked on a stone is a unique experience in itself. We will definitely be returning again and again.

We have dined at this restaurant for almost every birthday in our friend group over the past year and we always have a great experience. This time was the best yet. Our server was patient, attentive, and professional. The steak on a stone was delicious, as always, and our server was equally impressive. Thank you!
