Subway - Easton

Good subway, nothing particularly special. Girlfriend who used to work at one for two years noted the cookies weren't fresh, and that's usually the freshest thing they have.

Went to buy hoagies as usual. The store is always clean and the employees are always very friendly. The food can be made exactly the way you want and its put together right in front of you.

Like any other Subway. Very compliant with covid-19 requirements.

I had a Subway coupon for a buy one get one free footlong sandwich, but when I tried to use it at this restaurant, they told me they didn't accept that specific pass. They said they would accept any other Subway coupon, which left me confused as to why Subway would send out this voucher if it can't be used at all locations. I didn't want to cause a scene, but I found the situation to be quite ridiculous.

The new owners of this restaurant are extremely disappointing. We have visited multiple times since they took over and the service has been consistently poor. The lady working behind the counter is incompetent and rude, often requiring multiple requests to understand simple orders. We have been loyal customers since moving to the Lehigh Valley area two years ago, but we have never experienced such terrible service. Despite our efforts to support the new owners, the frustration has become unbearable. After numerous attempts to get a sandwich made correctly, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. The owners seem to be the only staff, with their child causing disturbances in the kitchen. This has resulted in long lines, extended wait times, and frequent mistakes in orders. Be prepared for a lengthy wait and plan your visit accordingly.
