At 15 usd per bowl is a ram plate of mister lees noodles a pleasure, sure! the chefs behind bolete, a high-end restaurant in this lehigh valley, began this nudelladen. for the first time today I enjoyed her classic nudel dish (mister lee’s) with a mistbreast, radishes and mushrooms.
It's nice to have vegan noodle in this area. The staff is vegan knowledgeable. They also have GF noodles.
Very tasteful rams. many other places near have boring broth, but the broth here is great! my favorite is the one they have in the summer (the menu changes seasonal.) I really love the beats. I always get the veggie ramen and ask it to be veganized, but the green machine, and seeweed salat are other options that they can get. the raven is also very full, so I find it worth the price. updated by previous review on 2021-08-01
I went here a few times before I went fully vegan, the hot vegetarian rams always had. really good eating and the staff were always friendly.
Had the veggie bowl. they do not have to ask for a hurry and do not indicate a noodle. tofu was well seasoned sweet delicious. a bit on the pricier side $19 for a bowl of noodles and a sparkling water, but quite fill.
