Dairy Queen - Eastman

Seems like the same thing is happening to Dairy Queen as most restaurants in Eastman nowadays. KFC, Chic-king, McDonald's. Workers with bad attitudes who have Zero business in the customer service industry. Yet there they are. Good thing is I can cookmy own hamburger at home on the pellet grill in less time than it takes to get food at these places. I will say that when Kat isat DQ the service and food is very good. If I owned DQ I would get rid of everyone but Kat and 2 helpers for her. If she is notthere close it down.Good luck. ????

Can this place get any slower? Been in drive thru for 30 minutes and still waiting.. the people that work here are not friendly at all, we need a different ice cream place in eastman than dairy queen

A special shoutout to the girl who took our order and repeated it back flawlessly; she also made our ice cream. It's clear she takes great pride in her work. I honestly wanted to give her a tip! Everything was just perfect. Great job, everyone—your efforts are greatly appreciated!

The staff has always been friendly, and the food has been good as far back as I can remember. Thank you for the complimentary Oreo frappe, Mr. Tom! However, there are some areas that need improvement.

I ordered lunch here earlier this week and I had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and my food arrived hot and delicious. Although my order took a bit longer than usual, I believe that was because it was made fresh to order, which was absolutely worth the wait.
