What can I say? The bar staff here are amazing! I had a small issue, but Elisha handled it quickly and efficiently—she's a true star and an excellent head bartender! Also, Hannah, the Canadian girl, was lovely. They all did a fantastic job. Just a reminder that these young folks are working hard for the same rewards as us! I was pleased to return to the Welcome Inn for lunch. However, like many places these days, they seemed to be short on staff. Despite having made a reservation, it seemed management was unaware of our arrival, as another party had also booked the same table. Nonetheless, the food was enjoyable and the staff were accommodating.
In November 2019, we visited the restaurant on an early Saturday evening with family. The staff provided excellent service, and we all had a great time enjoying the food. The menu was reasonably priced as well.
The friendly front desk staff and the excellent menu make this restaurant a must-visit, along with a well-stocked bar. I will definitely be returning!
Good welcoming pub. Friendly service and good value tasty food. Would definitely visit again.
