The restaurant is slightly smaller than most hence giving four stars as needs to be abit bigger plus it's on two levels so have to be careful with buggies.

The food was exceptional, earning a well-deserved rating of 5 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The service was equally impressive, also rated 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was enjoyable as well, though I would rate it a 4 out of 5; it was cozy but could use a little more ambiance. With a price range of £10–20 per person, it's a great value for the quality provided. I highly recommend this place for a delightful evening out!

Anthony, the Manager, is very approachable, friendly and efficient. His management style works very well at Eastleigh. It’s always a delight to eat there! The waiter was very friendly and the only downside was that they didn't have still water, but they allowed me to choose any other soft drink at no extra cost. The food was all delicious, and a waitress quickly noticed we needed napkins and brought them to us. The staff checked on us frequently and our table was cleaned as soon as we got up to leave. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic - no complaints at all!

All my worries were put to rest when I was served by two lovely young men (Connor and Aaron) who allowed me to see the allergies on the iPad and who continued to reassure me they’d do everything possible when our food was prepared. They also provided the best service I could have possibly asked for; friendly, kind and super efficient. Our food was hot and cooked to perfection. The place was clean and tidy too, which makes a change from sticky dirty tables. Thank you guys we will definitely come again soon!

My boyfriend and I went out for a nice meal, but we were told we would be seated once a table was free and that we would receive a text in about 20 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, we returned to find out that they had tried to text us but it didn't work. We were eventually seated and placed our order easily. The appetizers and main courses arrived quickly and were tasty, and the waitstaff was friendly. However, we waited for about 30 minutes for our desserts, only to be told that they were out of stock and could only offer us a refund or some brownies. We opted for the brownies, but they never arrived, and despite the restaurant emptying out, we never received our dessert or a refund. Overall, the food was good but the customer service was lacking.

I went there yesterday, and as usual, the staff was friendly and attentive. I had the chicken liver as a starter, followed by chicken with chips and coleslaw. My friends have started calling me the "Nando's Adventurer" because I make it a point to visit at least once a month, and I even seek out Nando's in other cities or countries whenever I travel! The staff is fantastic, and the prices are quite reasonable!
