The lady on the till was very nice and chatty, and the man cleaning and washing up the plates was hard working, all the tables were clean. Great service and good coffee View all feedback.

it seems to be a must of bad reviews, they think costa would look into this, personal would be rude, could not be harassed keeping I asked for a coconut latte used with a mild coffee on a shot as I was previously offered at the whiteley. invite at fareham in the did that I was offered the milder coffee if I hadn't even asked if I asked about this in eastleigh, she just wanted me to advertise, View all feedback.
I was there on Saturday morning on 12 March 2022 and the staff was brilliantly well done to all. but I was in other places there and there is a manager who is sometimes there that has no or very little P.R and must be removed as managerin or said she should change her attitude towards the public. Apart from her, the staff are really nice and friendly and kind so I wish that the head office of this business would have a word with this manager so the dinge better inperticulor will be the area managerin called samantha, who obviously does not read these contributions or totally ignore them. it is Wednesday the 20th april and had a really nice coffee this morning and the manageress was really nice and friendly so it was so nice to see a nice business again many thanks to herr s matthews costa in channing retail center in eastleigh hampshire

Love it here. It's my regular coffee shop Good service. Just find it ridiculous they close so early !!
