Today I had to return a drink because it had whole milk instead of oat due to an allergy and I could hear someone say inside ya sure they have an allergy they're probably just saying that. No i have an allergy and an epi pen sitting next to me to bring home the point. I do appreciate them informing me that the pumpkin flavor i was about to drink had dairy and I hadn't realized. Service was fast and efficient but you should never assume someone doesn't have an allergy when they say they do, that could lead to you killing someone and I don't think whoever made that comment fully appreciates that fact.
