**Dining Experience** **Meal Type:** Dinner **Price Range:** $20–30 **Food:** 5/5 **Service:** 5/5 **Atmosphere:** 5/5 I recently had dinner at this restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 for its flavor and presentation. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a warm and inviting environment that enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic evening out!.

What K M dislikes about Daily Operation:
They have an automatic 16% tip added which would be fine, but the service is mediocre at best. Each time they delivered food, even after bringing it up to them, they would not bring napkins or utensils. Service stinks, food is good. View all feedback.

I know they try to be edgy, but should stick the reliable and bring back the meatloaf sandwich.

I have to say the food there was amazing, the dry age cheeseburger was delicious. But the real stand out for me. I mean, besides the cheesy crispy potatoes, which are so much better than plain old french fries, are their desserts they have amazing treats definition your meal up with. I've tried so many always thinking. Each one was the best and the next one is always just as good!! bravo daily operation Parking: Drive around back of the old factories. You can't get there from pleasant street without walking through the building or driving around to the back. Once you're in the back, it is simple to find and park.

If you are in the Amherst, North/East Hampton please try this restaurant. It's in a very cool restored mill building/complex in the back near a river and nice bike path. The menu is simple but the focus is on quality ingredients and amazing flavor combinations. I had a dry aged beef cheeseburger that was perfectly medium rare with just the right amount of sear. The house made bun was perfectly toasted and their special sauce was an amazing compliment. We started with pan seared broccoli with green onions and an Asian style glaze, delicious. My wife had blackened fish sandwich that was also amazing. Their drink choices are excellent and represent the eclectic nature of the flavors of their food. We will definitely be back.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night with friends, fully aware it would be busy. It was my first experience there, and my boyfriend had hyped up the good service and amazing food. To his credit, the food did live up to expectations. I ordered the hand-pulled kimchi and broccolini noodles, which were phenomenal. However, the downside was that it took over an hour for my meal to arrive, while my three friends were served in about 45 minutes. I was repeatedly told by a server that my food would be ready in “just a few minutes,” but I ended up waiting much longer. Unfortunately, while I wish the delicious food had made up for the delay, the service left a lot to be desired. At one point, we even noticed a table next to us who had ordered their food after us but received it before our entrees arrived. It’s a great restaurant, but the experience was quite frustrating.

I had a fantastic evening at the Daily Op. There were some changes to the menu since my last visit, but the classics—the cheeseburger and the pork dumplings—were just as excellent as I remembered. The crab roll was delicious, and the bread was outstanding. The cucumber salad was incredibly fresh, and the stewed pole beans with chickpeas was a highlight. I had no idea what to expect, but it turned out to be both delicious and healthy. Even though we ended up eating more than we planned, we couldn't resist dessert. The lemon cream pie with blueberry sauce was worth every step I’ll have to take to burn it off. Overall, it was a wonderful culinary experience. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in the area.
