The daily specials highlight the restaurant's culinary skills and unique flavor combinations, especially in their vegan offerings. While the menu changes, they consistently feature a vegan grinder, an unexpectedly amazing cauliflower salad, and a delicious vegan dessert. There are plenty of other options available as well. The atmosphere is great, with a cool industrial vibe in an old factory setting.

However, if I had to choose one, I would recommend the grinder. It featured beautifully breaded eggplant cutlets, fresh mixed greens, basil, pickled peppers, and vegan mayo.
