I tried the sesame tofu with summer squash and the eggplant grinder, and both dishes were delightful. However, if I had to choose one, I would recommend the grinder. It featured beautifully breaded eggplant cutlets, fresh mixed greens, basil, pickled peppers, and vegan mayo.
Daily Operation offers an impressive variety of delicious and inventive dishes, all of which were fantastic! I appreciated that they focused on vegetables instead of relying on imitation meats.
Daily operation is great. They always have vegan options on the menu. They frequently update the menu. All the food tastes amazing! Highly recommend!

Great place for vegans to bring carnivorous friends. Daily Op is for foodies and the culinary expertise and flavor combinations extend to the vegan dishes. Menu varies but they always have a vegan grinder, cabbage salad (which is way more incredible than it sounds), and a vegan dessert. Other options too. Cool industrial vibe in an old factory.
