Corsello Butcheria - Easthampton

There is no better roast beef sandwich in Western Massachusetts. It ain't even close. Worth the drive. End of discussion.

Visited this week after hearing about the butcheria on NPR. I picked up some cheese and smoked roma sausage, which I have not tried yet. I am writing this review, though, because of the absolutely insane Cubano sandwich that I got. I love Cuban sandwiches and will order one every time it is on a menu. Yesterday, I had the hands-down best Cuban sandwich of my life. Great ingredients perfectly prepared. It's a non-standard Cubano because of the mozarella, but even a purist would love this.

Your homemade giardiniera is the bomb! So good! Thanks for making this. Thanks for your butcheria. Special.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic meats and products at Corsello's. I've walked up and found someone dissecting a smoked pig in the front window, so awesome. As I write this, I'm chowing down on one of their Italian beef sandwiches with the homemade giardineira which is amazing. You must go there and eat an Italian Beef sandwich before you die.

The staff here is incredibly professional and friendly. The quality of their products surpasses that of typical grocery store offerings. I highly recommend their sandwiches; I tried the Italian beef sandwich based on a recommendation, and it did not disappoint—it was bursting with flavor and easily deserves a perfect 10/10. I have nothing but positive things to say about this local business.
