Contribute FeedbackWhile consistently providing excellent service and boasting a stunning location with beautiful views, this restaurant's food fell short of expectations. Despite large portions, the overcooked meat and average quality were disappointing. However, the desserts shine as the highlight of the menu. Another point to note is the inconsistency with online reservations, which may create issues for customers. Despite these shortcomings, the cozy atmosphere and lovely views over the South Downs make it a worthwhile visit. For a guaranteed reservation and good, honest food, it's recommended to call the restaurant directly.
Come here on occasions, good honest food. Cozy atmosphere. Lovely views looking over the South Downs, try to ask for a table near the window for that. Was not happy booking online with Opentable as when I arrived there was no indication of my reservation. Fortunately, I arrived early before and was able to choose. Do telephone direct for a reservation preferably, I did get just what I wanted on another occasion.Good restaurant, staff obliging

Like always, nice service and a great location and view. Food, also as always was so so. Large portions, but meat is overcooked and overall quality is just average. But still worth it for the location. And puddings are the best offerings
The Beachy head hotel was amazing. Unfortunately they hadn't received the booking from you at open table so will not be using you again
Despite very busy time our pre booked table was ready, service was prompt and helpful and we all enjoyed our different meals
