Mex N Go - Eastbourne

Good food, friendly staff, a recommend takeaway in eastbourne. Makes a real change from the regular kebab shops Chinese etc, i will definitely be going back.

Brilliant food. A refreshing change from the usual Indian or Chinese. Througharly enjoyed by all of us. We went for the mex family burrito bag. Would highly recommend. Will def visit again!

I had high hopes for this place, as I love the concept of a small independent street food restaurant. However, I was disappointed with the slow service, incorrect orders, and inconsistent quality of the food. Despite these issues, the burritos were delicious, so I am willing to give this place another try. It's understandable that a new restaurant may have some initial challenges to work out.

The coke I ordered was ice cold and not expired, which added to my meal experience. Coca Cola is a classic cold beverage that pairs well with any dish, second only to a frosty Budweiser. I would rate the coke 9 out of 10. Now, onto the most important part of the review - the burrito. It's hard to know where to start when there are so many good things to say. Despite the menu changes affecting the sides, the main attraction more than made up for it. I chose the cajun chicken option, and it was truly a grand experience. The seasoning was subtle yet powerful, complementing the other ingredients while also standing out on its own. The chicken was juicy and blended perfectly with the fluffy rice. The addition of refried beans, fresh salad, jalapeños, and red onions created a balanced and flavorful feast wrapped in a soft tortilla. This meal was like a taste of Mexico, perfect to enjoy with friends or a loved one. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience. I would rate the burrito 9 out of 10.

This take-away was recommended to us by a friend!!! Thank god they did as every time we have eaten from here the food has been really good, and very reasonably priced.
