Domino's Pizza - Eastbourne

Delivered the wrong pizza then tried to blame me for the wrong pizza because I ordered on the app then the replacement pizza took an hour to get here with the delivery driver“ knocking “ on the wrong door twice. Instead of calling to ask to come outside he left after knocking on the wrong door. Oh and the pizza is cold

At first we fancied TA than delivery to save some time so after I placed my order 14 piece of hot wings and garlic bread,they gave me 10 _15 minute . I agreed. But after a 30 minute of waiting and all the staff were looking at me I stand and I told them I would like to cancel my order because it been 30 minute .after that the manager said sorry you can't cancel it because your order is ready and been forgotten on the shelve. I took it and arrived home with cold food which I put in to the bun. Baaaaad service Never come back again

Regular customers never had a issue in January I ordered 2 large pizza they were both cold and sweet I called and they said they put a note on the system I did tell them I live in London so they said would be for next time I am in Eastbourne Today I called them and no one had record then I was told a manager will speak to me a guy spoke to me would not give me his name and he then said I’m not the manager he was rude and said I have no evidence so I said I would like to complain he said no he can’t help he was rude arrogant and kept calling me mate what a cheap rude service

My family using domino's pizza every weekend last time when we ordered it was 1,hour late pizza was stone cold not recommend this place

I don't know why I never tried dominos before,recently friend of mine recommend to try domino so we had a delivery the other night and I can't believe how amazing the food was,specially the tandoori pizza,now I know what I've been missing,It was bit pricey but definitely worth It,highly recommend.
