AMAZING SERVICE DELICIOUS FOOD Had the lovely owner deliver our delicious meal this evening, the BEST food my family and I have eaten in a long time, we are and will always be loyal customers of vina kebab house, the best kebab in Eastbourne

So as were in a lockdown me and my boyfriend were on a walk and stopped at vina to take away some food , when we got there the man wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves and was coughing and spluttering all around when making our food , bare in mind we are in one of the worst areas for Covid, he was t even trying to cover his mouth let alone wear a mask or some gloves. It’s disgusting and and unhygienic to the point we threw the food in the bin after collecting it without even opening the bag, I actually find it disgusting how people can be so careless and in general revolting

Beggars belief that they are still in business! As an NHS nurse treated myself after a 13 hour shift 6th day running. i ordered it for a specific time through just eat ready for when i was home. The app notified me they had sent my order out 45 minutes early. i set a specific time which they accepted and confirmed it took me 8 minutes to get through to them. He hurled abuse down the phone as soon as he answered as he thought i was another customer. He was literally shouting and swearing about a delivery driver who has attempted an order and waited 15 minutes. all completely irrelevant to me and was about another customer. once i was allowed to speak and i explained the issue he was so unbelievably rude. told me it was my fault because they’re closing early don’t accept the order then!! . I told him nobody is home and id like to cancel the order to which he said it’s too late and he won’t! He then hung up! you the food never arrived and i had to contact just eat to get a refund. Was great, after all that ended up with no dinner. looking at reviews he seems to be a consistent issue. Disgusting behaviour.

We were looking for a halal kebab house in town and this place was very close to where we stayed, and it was super cheap and same time food was quite nice.
