The highlight of this restaurant is the chicharon, which is pork skin that has been deep-fried, likely more than once, based on the level of crispiness and color. View all feedback.
Andale andale arriba arriba, chicharones, chicharones, chicharones! These fresh, warm, crunchy chicharones come with a nice layer of crispy fat and a strip of meat. Add a few drops of Grace hot pepper sauce and you're good to go. You can get a half portion for $3.50. They store well in a ziploc bag in the fridge, just throw them in the toaster oven to reheat and you're all set. Goodbye, friends!
This Filipino grocery store in the neighborhood also offers takeout food options. Upon entering, the space is welcoming, well-lit, and neatly arranged.
