Hey there, this is my most frequented Dunkin! You still get 5 stars. Today I ordered a hot coffee and a bagel. The bagel was ready by the time I got to the window and I had to wait a good 5 minutes for my hot coffee. I honked my horn and said I don’t get what’s taking so long and Justina yelled from behind the employee at the window saying because we have a bunch of mobile orders and this box thing. Place is horrible. The service was disgusting. I was waiting behind a gentlemen and he was taken care of. The toothless lady left and did not take my order. A different lady then came and took my order. And please work on your sizes of coffee. Why does the medium size coffee look like a small. I promise I will never enter this establishment again. They were small and For 1/2 Dozen was almost $9.00 And They diden,t have many to pick from.
Definitely love the ladies at Dunkin on Market St. I was just there and got goodies.
The bathroom was gross. I know nobody wants to be the one stuck on bathroom duty all the time. They should definitely rotate the employees on bathroom duty and do it more often. If they can't keep the bathroom clean it makes me wonder how the area they prepare food is.
I was the only one there for awhile and the mocha latte iced was excellent
I went there and had been there before never had a issue. I always get a hot coffee and ask for whip cream on top . Well today they don't me they can't put whip cream on hot coffee which makes no sense so when I got to the window I asked for the manager and she came and told me the same thing. When I asked her why she had no explanation just saying it was a thing they put in place a year ago. They gave me whip cream in a separate cup...now make that make sense, you would rather spend money on extra cups the accommodate your customer?? On top of that just how am I supposed to put the whip cream myself in my coffee while in my car...when I got to a place where I could stop I did but it made a mess and all the whip cream wouldn't come out. I found the owner of that store owns the one off Richland so I called and asked if they put whip cream in and they said yes if a customer ask!!!!Worst experience at Dunkin ever.Avoid this Duncan Donuts ?
