Often I only write reviews when I feel it’s needed. Today I went to this Dunkin as I do most mornings and was greatly disappointed.When I got to the locations I saw there was a line greater than 6 people in the drive thru, I did what anyone would do and went into the lobby as there were 3 cars waiting after ordering and three cars waiting behind the person who was waiting to be attended to after waiting a couple minutes. The lobby was closed in which there was no indication they were closed until I pulled the door there wasn’t even a sign) and I as knocked because maybe they forgot to open the door, a lady started waving they weren’t open. Because I needed something in my stomach asap I got in the line, trust me I would have left as I was late to work because of this. At this point I was getting frustrated because it was going on 10 minutes I had waited in line. I asked the lady taking my order why the lobby was closed after I asked what time the lobby is suppose to open she legitimately started laughing at me. This got me over the edge because it’s a fair question when often people are getting coffee before work and it’s part of their job to answer a question that pertains to the location. When I got to the window the woman who took my order didn’t say anything to me what so ever, not even telling my total or saying goodmorning. When she laughed at me I just drove to the window and didn’t say anything to receive this treatment. She got mad I asked why the lobby was closed. She was the one in charge which was clear with two younger individuals running food and drinks you should probably answer properly and not being you’re overwhelmed. After I payed she shortly gave me my food but then proceeded to not give me my drink as it was done and started making other drinks. This is when I got angry because it was 15 minutes at this point. Do you know how ridiculous that wait is? Starbucks is even faster than that and they have a larger line often. I told her to give me my drink it was 15 minutes when she told me there’s one of her then say your understaffed from the get when I asked why the lobby was closed instead of laughing at me. I would have understood this, being understaffed it hard but this reaction was beyond ridiculous. I went around 6:30am. Hopefully you can retrain this lady because I promise you I wasn’t disrespectful enough to get that treatment what so ever.
I ordered a matcha it was almost $7 and as soon they give me the drink is not shaken.. the matcha was not even diluted my drink was white. I ask them to make my drink right or at least to shake it and I received it back with the matcha sitting in the bottom. I asked for vanilla syrup and the put raspberry syrup. Never coming back here. The employees were also rude. Price per person: $10–20
I ordered a medium sweet iced green tea. I got a small iced green tea unsweetened mainly ice. Just awful. Everyone working there is in high school. Do better. Will stick to my local Dunkin at least they get my order right
It’s a Dunkin. It’s good. They have the things. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
