Front counter workers very unprofessional. They have mastered the art of not acknowledging that your there waiting to order. Too busy chatting to be bother by customer!! View all feedback.
Each time I visit, I always order a burger without cheese and pickles, yet my order gets it wrong every single time.
This was truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had!
The staff at the front counter were quite unprofessional. They seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on acknowledging customers waiting to place their orders. It was frustrating to wait while they ignored us.
