Friday, 22nd to see beatles. the room was opened at 8 o'clock. we came by in 3 minutes 8 and the room was almost full. the room was so cold most people had to taste for all evening. then finally. why use cheap flimsy plastic glasses. what is the planet to save? pay attention to the cost of replacing them. not the best experience of the evening. will not go back soon. . I went with friends a few days ago and there was one last, above all, called macey, which I ever heard, rude to another employee, she had blonde hair and was big. She spoke with her and especially pointed to her. faules eye. men don't get into work to get angry. I am very disappointed
This place lives in the 18th century. I could no longer be disappointed by the lack of service, quality of food and lack of storage in the restaurant. I and my children had planned a whole day in the center, including lunch and dinner....The lunch was an absolute disappointment, with incredibly dry chicken, and possibly one of the most disappointing meals I ordered. the decision was made to have dinner here too; the whole menu was almost enough out of the camp. the personal had no idea what was actually available and what was. in that there was literally no care given in the least. Why would they allow someone to book on Saturday for their evening slot if they have nothing? do not come to this facility because they can not even cook a dish on the menu. absolute time wasted.
We booked the Sunday Carvery as on previous occasions it had been very good but on arrival, even though the restaurant was half full we were told we were to be seated upstairs. There was no one else up there. It was cold. There was...no music or atmosphere and stairs had to be managed whilst holding food and drink. The Carvery Meat was good but the parsnips were rubbery, the stuffing balls had not even seen the oven, there were no peas just a tray of mixed veggies, no fresh condiments just sachets and all in all it was not worth the money. Let's hope things improve.
