Kfc - East Staffordshire

Had what had been a short stop to eat after work. what a complete joke. they drive through the ordering point had a note on the drive to the next window that I made twice! completely ignored by the workers both in front of the house and in the kitchen, although they had clearly seen me. no recognition, whatever. to do with having a good old chat and throwing up the counter. they gather and went to mcdonalds, as it seemed, so all the others had! they sort out their personal. rude. will not return. had given 0 stars if it were possible.

Very slow service for a “fast food service”. I went for a walk to order a ripper. wait over half an hour, but if they had a trip through it was out of any reason faster. Internet orders seemed before going into. After we got the food, it was cold and our burger was missing from the top of the bungalow. fries melted from molten plastic and also tasted strange. would not recommend this special twog of kfc.

A great experience, there should be a zero rating for places like these. I recommend not to go here. that's really not worth it. I thought it couldn't be as bad as it's a kfc, but it's really bad. I'm sorry to eat here. 27 pfund not well spent. they don't earn customers or business. I think they only focus on internet orders, which is why the experience for visiting customers is just so terrible. the broken blinkt kfc light should have been the warning not to go. I wanted to eat, but the tables were so dirty with old eating and crumbling that I decided to eat in the car. the service was slow, it took 45 minutes to serve. environmental was tense and aggressive, the personal came over tired and apathetic. I'm not going back.

Again! I saw that the man prepared the food with his bare hands, touched the meat and a roll without gloves and cute I reported the problem, he told me that if I don't want to eat with them, I can eat somewhere else. I. may not, it is not the first time that my friends have complained about this service

Had been bowling with our lads and their mates. Nipped in to get them a KFC and decided to sit in. Dirty inside. Grotty!!. Ordered 4 different meal combos but they never had any drinks so offered a slush type drink instead. Then they charged...extra for these drinks???… I queried it and the lad taking the order couldn’t quite get my gripe. Jeez ,, ain’t rocket science. We did one n ate at a pub down the rd.. wouldn’t return anyhow.
