Booked a table for 4 on 25/09/21 for 6.45pm was at the bar for 6.30 pm to tell staff we had a booking. One girl serving on a Saturday night stood waiting for half an hour and still had 6 people in front of me waiting to be served . In the end we had had enough told one girl behind the bar we was leaving total shambles .We ended up at the horse shoes Tatenhill was served drinks straight away and food soon after.As for... We had Sunday lunch here for my grandsons birthday and it was really dissapointing a small amount of mash a greasy Yorkshire pudding undercooked vegetables and the beef was awful we weren't asked if we enjoyed our meal but I'm glad because I was not happy and it's not the servers fault it's the chef so six of us left and home for food because we were all still hungry.
Had Christmas dinner there. It was absolutely top quality and great price very impressed. Staff real good food excellent . Well done on serving so many so well.

We took the residents today for a Christmas meal and it was beautiful. The portion sizes were really big, everything came out on time no delays and there was 16 of us in total. The residents really enjoyed there afternoon out massive thank you to all the staff, I would highly recommended the Christmas meal it was beautiful.
