75 Ah Balling Peanut Soup Huā Shēng Tāng Yuán Bedok

I visited the restaurant again to try the ginger soup and almond milk soup. I absolutely loved the soup. There was no overpowering aroma of ah balling. On February 16th, 2021, I enjoyed the flavors of yam and red bean, which were not too sweet. The texture was bouncy in my mouth and the soup was light and refreshing.

I visited the restaurant again to try the ginger soup with almond milk soup base. I really enjoy the ginger soup base as it pairs well with any ah balling flavor. On February 16th, 2021, I tried the Yam and Red bean flavor which I loved. It was not overly sweet and had a nice bouncy texture in your mouth. The peanut soup was also light and refreshing. Overall, I had a great experience.
