Unfortunately we were on a Sunday, so no dinner time, but there are many possibilities close to, but the welcome and accommodation for our bikes was more than furnished and the beer was excellent. beautiful room and a great breakfast. we have beaten a very happy baptism! read moreA popular spot for Sunday lunch, this pub offers a delicious roast with fabulous meat and Yorkshire puds. The bar staff are friendly and helpful, while the craft ales are excellent. However, some diners have reported disappointments ranging from noisy live singing to frozen, low-quality food. Long wait times and lack of communication have also been an issue, with varying experiences based on different visits. Despite these setbacks, the warm ambiance, helpful staff, and well-prepared dishes make this pub worth a visit for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
