Overall, this restaurant experience was pretty terrible. The one staff member serving seemed to have very little knowledge about the available drinks. The online drink order screen showed that people had been waiting for over 15 minutes for their drinks. I sat at a table for over 30 minutes, surrounded by tables with dirty plates attracting flies because they weren't being cleared (even though staff delivering new food were not returning to the kitchen empty handed). Customers were even searching in the cupboard for condiments that were not restocked. I heard that this chain removed itself from social media years ago because it couldn't handle the criticism.

Excellent food only spoilt by fire doors open causing a cold draft when we closed the door confronted by young manager Meg she was very unprofessional rude and took totally the wrong approach spoilt our evening taking photos of us through the kitchen window appalling needs training on customer service called back this morning for breakfast excellent food and service lovley male manager thanks

We haven't visited this restaurant for a budget-friendly meal in a while. Even on a busy Sunday night, we were able to easily find a table and order drinks while deciding on our food. Our meals arrived promptly, with my husband enjoying a katsu curry and myself a taco salad. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and it was a great place for a casual and affordable meal with friends.

Terrible service, lady could not be bothered to walk a few paces to serve us. She shouted from down the bar but we could not hear her, half obscured by beer pumps, chatting to her colleague, no eye contact. Was stood before us moments before serving another customer though?? Cheap enjoyable pint. Rubbish customer service.

Great breakfast amazing price and the staff were all happy and so pleasant lovely atmosphere and toilets spotless The menu was full of great food dishes at very good prices we would recommend and go again
