We were welcomed with a 10 out of 10 service at this restaurant. The Fish & Chips were delicious, and they accommodated my request for no batter on the fish without any issues. We will definitely be returning, as we have never encountered such friendly staff before. Thank you.

Had fish and chips from here and think it’s just about the best chippy tea I’ve had. Ordered a medium sized fish which is still a good generous size.

I will start by saying that I'm very particular about fish and chips and I've been known walk out of a chippy after just one step inside. I am a resident of Cottingham and have always seen Frydays as a three out of five BUT something has changed recently and it's not me, yesterday my nose dragged my inside and made me buy chips, they were top notch so this evening I went back and bought fish and chips to make sure it wasn't a fluke, it wasn't. The food I am now sated with was delicious and easily merits five stars
