Everything was great at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the accommodation was excellent and very clean, and the staff - Shane, Samantha, and Maisy - were all very friendly and nice people.

I recently had Sunday lunch at this restaurant and everything was cooked perfectly. My family enjoyed a lovely meal together. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Just spent 2 nights here with my friend and my German shepherd lovely dog friendly hotel rooms clean and comfortable with tea/coffee included food is good with large portions breakfast included in price of stay hotel/bar staff make you feel really welcome nothing is too much trouble for them there were 3 dogs in the hotel as well as mine and they were all very well behaved never heard a bark from any of the dogs I would definitely recommend ferns farm to anyone who wants to take their dog/dogs away with them hopefully we hope to return to this hotel in the future

Simple food cooked really really well, its a really nice pub with bar area and lovely restaurant and outside area. assuming it is the landlord, a jolly fella makes you feel really welcome and excellent service. we have past it many times and so glad we stopped off this time. in these hard times we need to support our pubs so they can be there for us when this pandemic is finally over
