Delicious, Sandwich Salad

I decided to try a pudding wrap on market day after seeing they were back on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and combination of chicken, sausage, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy. It was hot and delicious, definitely worth trying before they sell out again!

I was a patron in their old premises and am even happier to be their customer in their new place. The food is always freshly made and their salads are always on display so you can see the quality. I have always enjoyed my food from sandwiches to salad bowls. The only downside for me, is that the coffee is from a machine so no decaf available. But does that take away from the quality?? of course not.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for almost two years now, and the service can be hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes I am greeted warmly and other times I feel unwelcome. During my most recent visit, I spent nearly £20 in store and the service I received was terrible. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by interrupting their conversation. Part of my order was forgotten and when I inquired about it, the lady bagged it up and practically threw it at me. I left feeling angry and confused about the rudeness I experienced. My sandwich was poorly made and had a strong perfume taste in the bread. Overall, the experience was awful and I will not be returning. It is unfortunate, as the younger women and the woman with blonde, curly hair were polite. However, the woman with long, dark hair has lost the store a customer for good. It's a shame.

The fresh bread at this restaurant is stuffed with a variety of fillings of your choice, served in thick slices with salad if desired. Wrapped in recyclable greaseproof paper and then placed in a paper bag, these delicious sandwiches are perfect for a picnic lunch or snack.
