Amazing! The food was awesome, great little spot with fun atmosphere. Feels like coming to your uncles house that makes great food for gatherings. Highly recommended to try this place for great food.

Perfect spice and cooking on everything we had! I had shrimp tacos that weren’t on the menu but they happily obliged my request. The smokes mojarra is fantastic!

This place is a diamond in the rough. My boyfriend is an amazing cook and very hard to please, and he said Amparo's had the best enchiladas he has ever had. Rarely will he return to a restaurant, but this one he will. We stopped while travelling based on reviews, and for once, the reviews are right! Everything is authentic and made to order. Tortillas for the tacos were absolutely delicious. They use top quality ingredients, and you can tell in the food. No frozen meals here very fresh. The owner served us himself, and was very personable and kind. Can't say enough great things about this place. We will return when traveling south again!

This is a great place to eat authentic Mexican food. The flavors are delicious. The owner came out and gave us a mango salsa and an additional spicy salsa to try with our food. I ordered the Carne Asada and it was so delicious. I also tried their horchata. My son tried the seafood ceviche, chicken mole, and fresh pineapple drink.The atmosphere is casual and charming. We are definitely going back. Yum!
