Costa Coffee - East Renfrewshire

The staff was friendly, but I was unimpressed by one member who dropped two items on the floor, picked them up, and used them without washing them. The seats and floor were filthy. I only came here because of a birthday voucher. It is February and there were houseflies in the restaurant.

The track and trace system was not functioning properly and the staff seemed indifferent. Tables were not being cleared or cleaned after customers left, making the environment very unsanitary. It felt unsafe and it was evident that the staff were solely focused on making profits rather than prioritizing the safety and health of customers. I would advise avoiding this restaurant entirely.

I have been a customer at this coffee shop since it opened, but I am disappointed with the coffee they serve. Whenever my wife buys me a coffee from here, it is only filled up to 3/4 of the cup, with the rest being filled with bubbles, making the coffee too strong. Despite liking this local shop, I may take my business elsewhere due to parking issues. I prefer Costa Coffee, as this shop seems to have trouble providing customer satisfaction. Sorry Michael, but I felt the need to make this complaint. Hugh.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are excellent. The restaurant has many paintings on display, which have consistently been of high quality over the years.

I adore this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Saffron, who is always energetic and makes the most delicious coffee.
