The Costa at Tesco Northallerton is the best , busy friendly and the staff are excellent .I have witnessed them really helping their customers on a regular basis and know lots of customers by their first names .I can highly recommend It's our favourite coffee shop and my family and I frequent it nearly daily . sometimes twice in a day View all feedback.

Poor service. Staff would rather play with their children than to serve customers. Black Forest Hot Choc is just a hot choc with cream instead of with added syrup (depending on who makes it! . I've had food poisoning from this store in the past! Use another more local store if possible! View all feedback.
Nice little place.very friendly staff and the table did not wobble as they often do in other castas.
Nice staff and lovely toasties! Lovely girl clearing tables and sanitising whilst we were in. I was very impressed with the cleaning regime. Thank you.

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help customers. I can not praise them enough. Thank you, and keep up the outstanding work you all do.
