We sat fast and the dining area was very clean and bright. Our server Nicole was very personal, professional and pleasant to work. Thanks Nicole! Great environment. Waitress never came back to check on us . My steak tip meal had 4 steak tips rest was big mushrooms. I actually thought they were steak tips. Ordered my loaded mash with no butter or sour cream there was butter and sour cream in the mashed potatoes. When she came and brought the bill She never asked why the food wasn’t touched. By 8:00 PM, most of my friends still hadn’t received the correct meals, and nobody came back to our table to check in on us. My husband and I, unfortunately, never received our meals at all. When we finally managed to get someone’s attention, they had to take our order again because our food had never been prepared. When our food finally arrived, it still wasn’t what we had ordered. When I brought this to the attention of the server, she simply told me she didn’t know what I had ordered and walked away, leaving me to speak for myself. At this point, everyone was ready to leave, and I still hadn’t received my meal. When I asked to speak to the manager, her customer service was equally disappointing. I informed her that I wasn’t going to pay for the food, which thankfully she didn’t charge me for. However, I also pointed out that my friend had been waiting for coffee for over 20 minutes, and we hadn’t received any refills. The staff was rude, and the manager didn’t seem to care about our complaints. In the end, my friend never received her coffee. This experience has made me vow never to set foot in this restaurant again.
