Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Missy was my server and she was incredibly kind! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and it made the rest of my day even better. Thank you all very much!

The East Peoria Red Robin is a fantastic fast casual restaurant that offers clean and quick service for their delicious burgers. It's important to note that the average cost per meal is around $15, which is typical for restaurants in the area. The unlimited sides really make the dining experience worthwhile. My top pick is the bottomless side salad, a refreshing change from the usual fries.

Last night to eat with the family. there were five of us. the hostess greets us and says I find one table for them. then she was and the other hostess, one was older and one was younger, both of them went past us two times after the first greeting. they then meet at the Hostess station after we stood there for 8 minutes for them to say the wait for a table will be 45-60 minutes. I'm sorry, no hard feelings and then went on to talk to the next people in the line that had two people. I had to tell her that she was hanged, put me on the waiting list and her answer was, but that was waiting an hour, they really want to wait an hour, I'm not sure who trains these people, obviously who is responsible here, don't know how to run a restaurant or have people trained in simple customer service. I will not be back to this place. a very good staff.

Would like to rate this place higher, eating is very, very good. but the people who work there offer the worst service that is conceivable. the waiting staff does not seem to be motivated to work hard and earn money. this is also not based on an experience. we have gone at least 5 times or more and the only time we have had good service when we sat at the bar and ordered by the bartender. it is a scandal because again very good food, but service is the worst. this was a problem before pandemic and is now even worse post pandemic.

Well, it's a sad day, because I don't think we're back here. red robins eating doesn't taste the same. the burgers taste fresh sooner, and now no more. Instead they taste as if they had been frozen too long. the prices are too high for what they get.
