Panera Bread - East Peoria

Love her truthahn speck bravo and cheddar cheesebread dish absolutely has to go in here. the ice cream is also really good!

Counter staff was not exactly rude but not far from it. The tortilla on my breakfast wrap was tough. The parking lot is not easily accessible.

My Husband went to grab diner as I have been home sick with COVID. He ordered me the Fuji apple chicken salad which came without… chicken. We do not live in East Peoria so for him to have to turn back around drive another 25 min back for chicken to add to the salad is too much. Also during “dinner” time they were out of so many things. I would expect that for way later in the evening but this is 530 normal dinner time. Although he did say he was not informed they were out of chicken I have to assume this is an oversight not a run out type of thing. Disappointed as this seems to be happening more at this location.

Food is great if you can actually get want you want. They are always out of everything. Went there for lunch today. They were out of wild rice soup, tomato soup and chicken noodle. Whenever I go there anymore I fully expect them to be out of at least one (if not more) of the things I want.

Absolute trash, AND THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED FOR A REASON. They can't keep people for a reason!!. Also, their bread is always hard, like STALE hard. not the employees fault, they constantly have that manager lady breathing down their neck asking them to do 5 things at once then get berated even more when they humanly can't.. They paid me 27 dollars for two days of work when I left for a better opportunity, never corrected it either. even after I was going through some real personal stuff. in fact, the lady manager during the weekdays talks down to the employees then wonders why nobody wants to come in to work. people want to work! they just don't want to work for YOU.. in summary, go to the Peoria location.
