We visited on Wednesday night, and it wasn't very busy. We were greeted right away with friendly service. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, though the garbage bins were quite full. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen in East Peoria! We'll definitely be back. View all feedback.
What Cali Runolfsson doesn't like about Dunkin':
This was just the worst experience. The customer service was nonexistent, and I waited 7 minutes for Munchkins. I was told it was because "the special gloves make them slow to prepare." If you were wondering, that's the reason for the delay. View all feedback.
I tried the peach chocolate drink for the first time today, and I must say it was quite delightful. I expected it to taste like a watered-down fruit milk, but it turned out to be much better than that, and I really enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. I love my Dunkin drinks!
Andrea assisted me this morning! I needed 16 dozen donuts on short notice, and she delivered! I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. I ordered a mangonada, but they didn’t even mention that they were out of chamoy, which is the main ingredient. Instead, I was given a mango shake with just a sprinkle of Tajín. When I inquired about the lack of chamoy, I got a dismissive response. To top it off, the staff's attitudes left much to be desired. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Avoid this place if you can!
The woman at the counter was extremely rude and her behavior was quite off-putting. We were seated, and I ordered the Bagel Bits, which are supposed to come in a set of two according to the menu. However, she was still annoyed that I didn’t notice the small print she pointed out in a rather impolite manner. When the Bagel Bits arrived, they were cold, so I asked for them to be heated up as she continued to glare at me. After this experience, I will not be coming back, which is disappointing since I usually enjoy bringing my grandchildren here for breakfast. It's clear that the negativity and rudeness need to be addressed.
