I was disappointed with my order at the restaurant. My hash browns were not as they should have been, and Hannah provided terrible customer service. The blueberry flavor in my sweet tea was also lacking. I am now feeling both sad and hungry as I drink a poorly made sweet tea. View all feedback.
Has absolutely nothing. We tried to order and had to pick several times before they actually had something. 31 flavors? More like 3-1 2 flavors. Never seen a Dunkin/BR with zero customers and now I know why.
Went there today and asked for a banana split and asked for no nuts and no cherry. They were out of bananas and they have me 3 cherries and completely covered my ice cream with nuts. I live right up the road and I will not return. This is not the first time but, it will be the last.
Didn't have oreos. Two shakes cost $15. The chocolate shake taste like watered down chocolate milk. They were very slow and awkward.
The teenage clerks were rude as heck. Went later in the evening but not closing time. No other customers were even in there but me an my daughter. Definitely won't be back.
My coworker Mackenzie was extremely rude during my DoorDash pick-up. I do not recommend this place at all. She was argumentative and believed that people should automatically know the 24 rotating flavors. I hope I never have to go back there.
