Very good customer service they took my order promptly even though the drive-thru was closed they still served me even though I did I walk up
We ordered the cheddar chicken ranch sandwich. I've had these before. There awesome! But this time the chicken wasn't hot. And the outer edges was hard. And being in my upper 50's. It was hard to eat. Now my son had no problem.Was still a pretty good sandwich. But I'll double check next time before I pull away from the window.
Great service, My chicken sandwich had a big chunk of grissle but can't always be helped. The new boneless wings were real good.
Ms. Laura at the East Peoria location took very good care of me today. Even though they originally got my order wrong, they were very polite and sincere. I love Arby's Beef and Cheeder sandwiches and the fact that they know how to take care of they're customers is just another reason for me to love them even more! Thank you for your kindness and quickness with taking care of me today!
