Feel there has been a change recently and not for the better. I'm unsure if the chef changed but the food was prepared a bit differently on a dish I get often. The service was only fair in an empty restaurant. I'm sad to say I will be taking a break for awhile. I hope they improve as I like the location and have loved the food in the past. Secondly, the food is simply fantastic. On wing night, when wings are just 50 cents, they're incredibly delicious. The mozzarella sticks here are far from the typical frozen and reheated versions you find at other restaurants. Furthermore, the chicken sandwich, topped with mozzarella and balsamic on a ciabatta roll, is truly exceptional. They also have an impressive selection of beers on tap. I would certainly make an effort to visit this place!
It appears that something has changed recently, and unfortunately, it's not for the better. I'm not certain if there's a new chef, but the dish I usually order was prepared differently this time around. The service was just average, despite the restaurant being empty. I'm disappointed to say that I will be taking a break for a while. I genuinely hope they can make some improvements, as I really enjoy the location and have loved the food in the past.
Fantastic restaurant! The service is outstanding, and they have live jazz every Sunday during brunch. The food is excellent as well. Be sure to try their special **** Mary—just ask them to prepare it that way, and they will! It's a wonderful way to kick off your day!
It’s disappointing to witness a lack of attention to detail, especially given the prices that imply a high-quality experience. While the food is good, it doesn’t quite meet those expectations. This place has great potential to be truly exceptional instead of just average. There’s definitely room for improvement, and I genuinely hope to see it happen rather than the opposite. We still dine there and order takeout, but our expectations have lowered. It’s unfortunate because this could be an outstanding neighborhood bistro. I remain hopeful for enhancements and am curious to see what the future brings.
The food and music were exceptional! We tried the deconstructed lobster roll and the prime rib sliders, both of which were delightful. The peach raspberry sangria was the perfect drink for a summer evening.
