What User likes about Howard's Cafe:
I'll go back if I have a free time to spend a few hours, just because of the atmosphere itself. We had THEE BEST waitress. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger, a blue moon and a scooby snack shot... AWESOME!!! You can easily say that food is not reheated or frozen. The wine list alone is worth me, the journey from Pa to Ohio, Lol. View all feedback.
